Welcome to Transformational Leadership! My name is William Valmyr, I am the CEO of Transformational Leadership. Our mission is to work alongside others to fulfill their God-given purpose by “Empowering leaders and strengthening visions”. I am also the founder and president of Higher Call Ministries International, a ministry with the mission of training those who are CALLED (an acronym that stands for: Called to Advance Leadership and Love in Every Domain).
I serve as an educational and leadership consultant to various institutions (academic, churches, non-profit and for-profit organizations). I am a certified trainer, speaker, and coach with the John Maxwell Team. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, I can offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth. I recently received a 20/20 Vision and the mandate to train and equip at least twenty thousand two hundred (20,200) leaders to a maximum of two hundred thousand two hundred (200,200) leaders by the year 2030. It is humbling to report that my team and I have been able to accomplish the goal of training 20,200 leaders in December of 2019. And by God's providence, along with your partnership, we are well on our way to train 200,000 leaders by the end of 2030.
I am a graduate of Nova Southeastern University (B.S., M.S., and ED.S.), Knox Theological Seminary (M.A.), South Florida Theological Seminary (Ph.D.); and I earned a Doctor of Ministry from Oral Roberts University. I also studied "Refugees in Recent History: Focus on the Middle East" (June 2019), "African and Middle East Religions" (July 2018), and "Human Rights in Africa and the Middle East" (July 2017) at Yale University's Summer Institute. In August 2017, I was selected to participate in the Religious Literacy Project, a workshop being offered by the Center for the Study of World Religions at Harvard University's Divinity School.
Over the years, I have taught U.S. History, World History, and College Success Strategies in Broward County Public Schools. I also served as a Part-Time Associate Professor of Leadership and Integrative Studies Online at Kennesaw State University (2016-2019). I currently serve as an adjunct professor at Broward College and Southeastern University, where I teach English for Academic Purposes, Leadership, Ethics, and Religion (Ministry & Theology) classes. I am also a Doctor of Ministry advisor at Jakes Divinity School and George Fox University/Portland Seminary.
